Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the experience and development of your direct reports, fostering a culture of growth and achievement.

  • Empower team members to take initiative in service, sales, and stock replenishment.
  • Promote a positive workplace by responding to colleague input and fostering inclusion.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and legal standards consistently across the store.
  • Guide Shift Leads and Sales Advisors to achieve smooth daily operations through coaching, without direct involvement in operational tasks.
  • Ensure flawless execution of store events, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Drive adherence to processes and procedures with team collaboration.
  • Elevate performance standards through coaching and development initiatives.
  • Lead teams toward consistently outstanding customer service delivery.
  • Boost sales and contribution by focusing on essential operational inputs.
  • Exhibit proficiency with digital platforms such as Time & Attendance, MyHR, Microsoft Teams, and PowerBI.
  • Support the complete colleague lifecycle including recruitment, duty of care, return-to-work processes, scheduling, and holiday management.
  • Manage new recruit probation effectively, identifying and nurturing emerging talent for succession planning.
  • Ensure timely completion of duty of care communications and absence management reviews.
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins to celebrate accomplishments and address challenges.
  • Oversee mandatory compliance training completion for all colleagues.
