Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for managing your direct reports, ensuring a comprehensive and positive experience throughout their employment.

- Ensure the store operates safely and in compliance with legal requirements at all times.
- Support and guide Shift Leads and Sales Advisors to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations, without directly performing operational tasks.
- Oversee successful implementation of new launches, events, and campaigns with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure full adherence to processes and guidelines collaboratively with your team.
- Enhance team performance through coaching and development initiatives.
- Lead efforts to consistently deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Drive sales growth and contributions by focusing on critical operational inputs.
- Exhibit confidence with digital tools including Time & Attendance systems, HR platforms, communication tools, and data reporting software like PowerBI.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, care duties, return-to-work processes, scheduling, and holiday management.
- Effectively manage probation periods for new employees and identify future talent for succession planning.
- Conduct timely absence reviews and maintain duty of care follow-ups.
- Complete all required employee check-ins, balancing recognition with performance management.
- Ensure all staff complete mandatory compliance training.
