Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time Visual Merchandiser for our Mango Split City Center One location. The primary responsibility is to create compelling and fashionable product displays that align with Mango's standards, aiming to optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an appealing and commercial store image at all times.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and guidelines as prescribed.
• Manage store layout changes swiftly and orderly.
• Monitor sales data and key performance indicators to inform merchandising decisions.
• Understand customer profiles, product potential, and competitors' commercial strategies to enhance display effectiveness.
• Communicate merchandising updates and stock suggestions to the store team.
• Report continuously to management and assist with specific store leadership tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Driven by results and sales targets, with robust merchandising experience in fashion retail.
• Passionate about fashion, with excellent communication skills and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Skilled at prioritization and adaptation, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure with tight deadlines.
