Role Overview

The Visual Merchandiser position is a dynamic and impactful role where you will:

• Maintain and enforce our visual merchandising standards across all stores
• Restock merchandise and design displays that align with current trends and promotional offers
• Use fixtures strategically to present a full storefront without causing overcrowding
• Create captivating store environments that tell compelling stories, invite customers in, and boost sales

Candidate Profile

• Proven expertise and success in visual merchandising specifically within the homewares market
• A positive, can-do attitude focused on making great things happen
• Strong grasp of visual merchandising concepts and best practices
• Physical readiness to handle tasks involving ladder use and movement around the store
• A creative eye and attention to detail, balanced with maintaining store consistency
• Valid driver’s license
