Role Overview
As the Assistant Manager at our Toowoomba location, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to elevate store performance and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will serve as an inspiring role model, leading by example and enabling customers to create their unique homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer service efforts by inspiring and delighting shoppers to weave their own home style.
- Exemplify achievement by meeting personal targets and KPIs and support your team to achieve theirs.
- Assist the Store Manager in coaching, developing, and training staff to maximize team potential.
- Support workforce planning and scheduling to maintain budgetary goals.
- Analyze operational and customer reports to proactively identify growth opportunities.
