Job Overview
In this role, you will design and maintain a visually appealing store environment that inspires customers to shop at C&A. You will create engaging window displays and coach sales colleagues to uphold our Visual Merchandising (VM) standards, ensuring an attractive presentation of merchandise that drives sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a captivating and sales-enhancing product presentation by adhering to VM guidelines while incorporating your own creative ideas.
- Design inspiring window displays and mannequin arrangements.
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators using the Merchandise Management System to optimize product presentation and collection alignment.
- Implement centrally developed sales strategies and concepts within the store's visual presentations.
- Enhance sales results by showcasing products in innovative and appealing ways.
- Guide colleagues in correctly applying VM standards.
- Take initiative when spotting opportunities for profitable measures.
- Provide styling advice and assistance to customers needing product recommendations or support.
Candidate Profile
You possess a keen eye for style, inspired by contemporary designs, colors, and shapes, with a passion for fashion and trends.
- Completed commercial retail training with substantial professional experience in visual merchandising, or formal education as a Visual Marketing Designer or in a related creative discipline.
- Strong analytical capabilities to translate sales figures into actionable solutions.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, working closely with the Store Manager to set priorities and weekly plans.
- Affinity for business processes and proficient with floor management and merchandise systems.
- Ability to understand customer desires and translate them into wearable visual merchandising concepts.
