Position Overview

We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser for our Henry St store to creatively present products in line with Mango's brand standards, enhancing commercial appeal and maximizing sales.

Working Hours and Schedule

This is a 40-hour weekly role, spread across five days from Monday to Sunday.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain an attractive and commercially appealing store image consistently.
• Implement merchandising standards and guidelines accurately.
• Execute store layout changes swiftly and in an organized fashion.
• Maximize sales space efficiency using analytical and profitability assessment tools.
• Monitor sales data and key performance indicators to adjust product strategies.
• Respond proactively to sales outcomes by devising solutions that enhance store commerciality.
• Understand the customer profile, product potential, and competitor commercial tactics.
• Ensure timely stock replenishment and additional orders to maintain optimal product availability.
• Communicate merchandising updates, product launches, and inventory concerns with store teams.
• Support management with reporting and specific store leadership duties as needed.

Passion for fashion, effective communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate or work independently are essential.
