Visual Merchandiser

Job Overview

We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our team at the Brent Cross Shopping Centre store. The primary role is to creatively display products in a stylish and commercially effective way, strictly following Mango's visual standards to drive maximum sales. This position requires a commitment to a 40-hour workweek with full flexibility from Monday through Sunday.

Key Duties

• Maintain an appealing and commercially successful store image at all times.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and guidelines meticulously.
• Execute store layout changes swiftly and in an organized fashion.
• Optimize retail space by effectively analyzing and calculating profitability tools.
• Monitor sales data and performance indicators to take appropriate product-related actions.
• Respond and adapt merchandising strategies based on sales results to enhance commercial appeal.
• Understand customer demographics, product potential, and competitor commercial tactics.
• Manage stock replenishment and place additional orders to ensure adequate product availability.
• Collaborate with the team regarding new product arrivals, merchandising shifts, and out-of-stock issues.
• Provide continuous feedback to management and assist with certain store management responsibilities.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a sales-driven individual with at least one year of experience in visual merchandising within the fashion sector. A keen passion for fashion, excellent communication, effective teamwork, capacity to work independently, prioritization skills, adaptability, and an eye for detail are essential. The candidate should thrive in high-pressure environments with strict deadlines and sudden changes.
