Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Mango's Cork store. This position involves curating product displays that merge fashion and commercial appeal in line with Mango's brand standards, with the aim of boosting sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an appealing and commercially successful store image at all times.
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines consistently throughout the store.
• Execute store layout changes efficiently and in an organized fashion.
• Maximize selling space by effectively analyzing and calculating profitability.
• Monitor sales figures and key performance metrics to adjust product placements accordingly.
• Respond adaptively to sales trends by identifying solutions to enhance store commerciality.
• Understand customer demographics, product potential, and competitors' merchandising strategies.
• Ensure adequate store replenishment and place additional orders to maintain stock levels.
• Communicate merchandising updates, new products, and stock shortages effectively with the store team.
• Provide continuous support and reporting to the management team, assisting with specific managerial responsibilities.

Additional Information

• Working 40 hours per week with a schedule spanning Monday to Sunday requiring flexibility.
