Flagship Store Manager (m/w/d)

We are currently seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead our flagship store located at Berlin's Kurfürstendamm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to maintain a motivating work environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify potential and talents within your team and support their growth through personalized training sessions.
• Manage and oversee all internal store operations to ensure smooth workflows while delivering on budget and corporate goals.
• Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to implement guidelines and standards, optimizing sales floor presentation and revenue.
• Utilize company directives and innovative in-house technologies to ensure optimal product flow and showcase our products attractively.
• Serve as a role model and leader, exemplifying exceptional customer service and upholding the company’s philosophy.

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable working with numbers; strong analytical skills to evaluate key performance indicators effectively.
• Empathetic leadership style to understand team needs and motivate them toward peak performance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills allowing you to handle diverse situations with confidence.
• Several years of leadership experience in retail, enabling quick adaptation to internal processes.
• Passionate about trends and designers, with a genuine zeal for the fashion industry.
• Proficient communication in both German and English to work effectively with an internationally diverse team.
