Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Visual Merchandiser for the Mango store located in the Split Mall. In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and presenting products in a way that is both visually appealing and aligns with Mango’s standards, aimed at optimizing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an attractive and commercially effective store image at all times.
- Implement Mango’s visual merchandising standards and guidelines consistently.
- Efficiently execute store layout and display changes in an organized manner.
- Monitor sales figures and performance metrics to adjust product presentation accordingly.
- Understand customer demographics, product potential, and competitor commercial strategies.
- Communicate with team members regarding new products, merchandising updates, and advise on out-of-stock items.
- Provide continuous feedback and support to management related to store operations and management tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in merchandising within the fashion industry, with a strong focus on sales and results.
- Passionate about fashion, possessing excellent communication skills and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks, adaptable, detail-oriented, able to work effectively under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and respond swiftly to changing demands.
