Position Summary

We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser for our Guildford store to contribute to our team. This is a full-time role involving 40 hours per week across 5 days, with scheduling flexibility including Monday through Sunday availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an attractive and commercially viable store image at all times consistent with Mango standards.
• Implement and adhere to established visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
• Conduct store layout and display changes efficiently and in an organized manner.
• Maximize sales potential by effectively utilizing analytical tools to optimize selling space and profitability.
• Monitor sales data and performance indicators to adjust product presentation and ensure commercial effectiveness.
• Proactively adapt merchandising strategies based on sales outcomes to enhance store appeal.
• Understand customer demographics, product potential, and competitor commercial strategies.
• Manage stock replenishment and place orders to maintain appropriate product availability in the store.
• Communicate merchandising updates and product information with the store team; provide feedback related to out-of-stock items.
• Continuously report to management and assist with specific managerial store duties as required.
