Job description
Position Overview
This is a permanent role based at the College Green store, requiring 39 hours per week with flexibility across 5 days including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual merchandising, commercial, and styling guidelines to elevate the in-store customer experience and boost sales.
- Assess sales results, maintain garment quality, and identify opportunities for visual and commercial improvements by collaborating with store management.
- Use insights on trends and competitors to train and develop store staff, empowering them to enhance customer interactions.
Team Collaboration
You will work closely with a diverse and dynamic store team including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, other Visual Merchandisers, and Store Managers, all focused on creating an inspiring retail environment.
