Job Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser at our Gurgaon store, you will significantly influence the customer journey by applying visual standards and driving commercial success, aligned with our company values. Your efforts will enhance both personal and organizational achievements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement visual styling and commercial concepts that comply with store guidelines and timelines to enrich the shopping experience and boost revenue.
- Evaluate sales data, manage inventory levels, ensure garment maintenance, and identify priority areas for visual and commercial improvements in close coordination with Store Management.
- Leverage fashion trend analysis and competitor intelligence to mentor the store team, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Represent the brand positively in all customer engagements.
- Assist the Sales Market team during store expansion initiatives.
Working Relationships
You'll be an integral part of the Store Team, which includes roles such as Sales Advisors, Department and Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and others, all contributing to creating an engaging and welcoming environment. Collaboration with the broader Area Team across multiple stores is also expected to share insights and foster collective success.
Candidate Profile
- Proven expertise in visual merchandising and commercial operations within dynamic retail settings, coupled with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to interpret, manage, and act upon sales reports and understand the dynamics of the selling equation.
