VIP Waitress - Doha

Role Overview

This full-time remote position is for a Fine Dining Waitress assigned to the VIP section, responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury dining experience. The role includes greeting VIP guests, guiding them through menus, detailing specials, and suggesting matched food and beverage options while upholding refined service standards.

Daily activities encompass liaising between kitchen and bar to coordinate meal timing, serving with impeccable fine dining manners, ensuring tables are perfectly prepared and maintained, addressing special requests, resolving any guest issues sensitively, handling payments with precision, and assisting in managing reservations and table arrangements. Collaboration with the hospitality team is crucial to provide discreet and personalized VIP service consistent with high-end expectations.

Compensation and Location

Position located in Doha, Qatar. Salary is QAR 7,200 monthly, with additional benefits that include accommodation and transportation.

Candidate Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills focused on VIP guest interaction, including conflict management and a strong service attitude.
• Familiarity with food and beverage operations, including menu expertise, fine dining standards, and understanding of basic food safety principles.
• Effective communicator able to engage respectfully and professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Basic culinary knowledge enabling accurate description of dishes, ingredients, and preparation processes.
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments is highly favorable.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, inclusive of evenings, weekends, and holidays as per service requirements.
• Meticulous attention to detail, professional appearance, and commitment to maintaining VIP confidentiality.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; formal education or certification in hospitality or culinary arts is advantageous.
