Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, adhering strictly to the brand’s elevated standards.
• Warmly welcome guests and ensure an exquisite dining atmosphere.
• Oversee and manage service operations within your designated area.
• Lead and mentor service staff to uphold exemplary service delivery.
• Coordinate efficiently with kitchen staff to guarantee prompt and seamless service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
• Ensure immaculate cleanliness, presentation standards, and readiness (mise en place) of the dining area.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Dubai.
• Prior experience in high-end restaurants, ideally Lebanese fine dining venues.
• Comprehensive understanding of fine dining service protocols.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Maintains professional appearance with acute attention to detail and a genuine dedication to hospitality.
• Exemplary customer service skills coupled with strong social aptitude.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
