About the Position
Teabox is looking for a skilled Video Editor who excels in storytelling by combining visuals and audio to craft engaging advertisements. The ideal applicant should have proficiency in software like Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects. A deep appreciation for color theory, typography, composition, and overall design principles is crucial. This role blends technical skill with creativity to deliver impactful video content.
Primary Duties
- Conceptualize and produce captivating, conversion-oriented advertisements suitable for multiple platforms.
- Organize and maintain video and advertising assets to ensure efficient production workflows.
- Create visual content including videos, images, sound effects, and thumbnails tailored for ad campaigns.
- Develop motion graphics and visual effects to enhance narrative impact.
- Incorporate high-quality audio and sound effects that complement the video narrative.
- Perform consistent color grading to maintain an appealing visual style.
- Partner collaboratively with creative teams to align video content with campaign objectives.
- Customize video content for optimal performance across diverse platforms.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in a relevant video editing position.
- Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong grasp of color theory, typography, and composition principles related to video production.
- Basic proficiency in sound design with the capability to effectively integrate sound elements into video projects.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects techniques enhancing ad quality.
- Innovative thinker able to communicate compelling stories through audiovisual media.
- Experience in producing direct response advertisements or performance-based ad content is highly preferred.
- Additional knowledge of any Digital Audio Workstation, DaVinci Resolve, or Cinema 4D is advantageous.
