Role Overview

The company seeks a charismatic and versatile Content Creator to represent Teabox in various video advertisements and reels. This role involves being the relatable and engaging human face of the brand, delivering compelling messages that appeal both to long-time tea drinkers and new audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-screen talent for all video content including reels and ads.
• Create captivating hooks that capture viewer attention within 1.5 seconds.
• Actively bring scripts to life through authentic performance beyond mere reading.
• Contribute original ideas for engaging hooks and collaborate on creative development.
• Adapt tone and style appropriately depending on the content’s mood, whether serious or quirky.
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm through multiple takes.

Candidate Requirements

• Comfortable and natural presence on camera, avoiding stiffness or overacting.
• Proficient in Hindi and English, capable of switching languages seamlessly even mid-sentence.
• Agile and adaptable to script and content changes during shoots.
• Positive and flexible attitude towards dynamic working conditions.
• Availability for full-time, in-office work; this is not a freelance or part-time role.

Desired Profile

• Demonstrable experience on camera including user-generated content, content creation, brand films, or event anchoring.
• A commanding yet approachable presence that conveys confidence and credibility.
• Ability to analyze competitors' ads critically and understand reasons for success or failure.
