- Produce founder-centric videos featuring interviews, talking-head shots, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Create compelling short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, ensuring engaging hooks and rhythm.
- Develop paid advertisement video content with diverse opening sequences, messaging, and calls to action.
- Animate product features using screen recordings, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and lucid visual explanations.
- Handle comprehensive post-production tasks including selecting footage, editing, color grading, audio design, music integration, captioning, and final exports.
- Incorporate AI creative technologies for generating supplementary visuals, voiceovers, and assets to enhance execution and efficiency.
- Ensure a cohesive visual style across all formats and distribution channels.
- Leverage performance data like retention rates, watch time, and conversion metrics to refine content and future editing approaches.
Candidate Profile

- Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro alongside motion design tools like After Effects or comparable applications.
- Skilled at engaging viewers within the initial three seconds and maintaining their interest.
- Capable of condensing extensive recordings into concise, engaging narratives.
- Understands the influence of auditory elements—music, silence, sound effects—and pacing to evoke emotions.
- Experienced with AI tools including Runway, Kling, Sora, and ElevenLabs integrated into the creative process.
- Operates independently, meets deadlines reliably, and welcomes direct feedback constructively.
- Balances swift delivery with high-quality, polished output with meticulous attention to detail.
Experience with SaaS product video content, founder storytelling, documentaries, or paid social advertisements is advantageous.
