Video Creative Specialist - Motion Graphics & AI Integration

Join Secretlab, a leading global gaming chair brand serving over 3 million customers internationally, headquartered in Singapore. As part of our Communications Production team, you will collaborate with creative professionals to develop outstanding marketing content that reaches a vast global audience. This role focuses on innovative post-production, blending traditional techniques with AI-powered tools to elevate storytelling and creative output.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality post-production video content for product launches, campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Create sophisticated motion graphics, compositing, visual effects, cleanup, and finishing that enhance production quality.
• Integrate AI tools to generate production assets, improving efficiency and creative possibilities.
• Explore and implement new techniques to streamline production while maintaining or enhancing visual quality.
• Develop storyboards, treatments, moodboards, and presentations to facilitate early-stage creative exploration.
• Generate rapid concept prototypes and visual mockups to align stakeholders prior to full production.
• Collaborate closely with Production Leads to resolve creative challenges throughout the production lifecycle.
• Research emerging AI tools and production methods to continuously advance the team’s creative capabilities.
• Design reusable templates, workflows, and systems to benefit team efficiency and consistency.
• Share insights and practical knowledge about AI-driven workflows with team members to foster learning and innovation.
• Challenge and improve existing workflows to deliver superior work faster and more effectively.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in post-production, video editing, or motion design.
• Outstanding editing skills with a keen eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm.
• Expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Strong capabilities in motion graphics and compositing.
• Well-versed in color grading processes using DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
• Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools such as Flora AI, Higgsfield, or others integrated into post-production or creative workflows.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and cinematic techniques.
• Experience quickly prototyping ideas through storyboards, mockups, and concept videos.
• Eagerness to adopt and learn new AI-powered creative tools within production.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to independently explore new creative methods.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional creative standards consistently.
• Passion for craft excellence, ongoing learning, and enhancing video production quality.
• Strong awareness of digital platform video consumption trends, including landscape, vertical, and social-first formats.

• Experience producing marketing content in consumer technology, gaming, or esports sectors.
• A genuine interest in emerging creative technologies and gaming cultures.
• Enthusiasm for experimenting with novel production techniques and sharing knowledge with peers.
