About the Role
We are seeking to appoint a Vice President for Strategic Planning & Initiatives to work with a leading Dubai-based organisation. This position involves supporting the execution of high-priority strategic projects across various business areas and functions.
This pivotal role requires close collaboration with senior executive leadership to convert complex business challenges into well-defined strategic recommendations and ensure implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and special projects driving organisation-wide initiatives.
- Develop high-level insights and recommendations tailored for executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate project delivery aligned with critical organisational priorities.
- Engage extensively with senior stakeholders throughout the organisation.
- Oversee the preparation of executive briefings, presentations, and decision-making materials of the highest quality.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Candidate Profile
- Currently serving as a Senior Manager, Engagement Manager, or Project Leader at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
- Experience from prestigious consulting firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, or Kearney.
- Proven track record in leading complex strategy engagements and advising senior executive stakeholders.
- Prior involvement with offices such as CEO Office, Chairman's Office, or Minister's Office is highly desirable.
- Exposure to the Financial Services sector is considered a significant advantage.
