Role Overview

As a Vehicle Preparation Assistant based in Stockton, you will be central to readying vehicles to Motorpoint's exceptional standards before they reach customers or the sales floor. This permanent, full-time role requires working 42.5 hours per week, five out of seven days on a rotating schedule, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough daily inspections to identify vehicle damages, confirm specifications, and review service history.
• Support reconditioning efforts and valet vehicles to ensure pristine condition for customer pickup and showroom display.
• Capture high-quality vehicle photographs adhering to company marketing standards.
• Perform vehicle check-ins regardless of weather conditions.
• Manage personal data compliantly with GDPR regulations.
• Assist with the coordination and movement of vehicles on and off the premises.
• Communicate professionally with drivers and transport personnel, addressing logistical challenges.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full UK driving licence is mandatory.
• Ability to operate autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Motivated to meet strict deadlines within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and vehicle presentation.
