Van Driver

About the Role

A leading logistics company in Tewkesbury is seeking experienced Van Drivers to join their team. This position offers the chance to secure steady full-time or occasional work, with the possibility of permanent employment for suitable candidates. Drivers will perform multiple daily deliveries, often completing over 10 drops per route.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle multi-drop deliveries, typically more than 10 stops each day depending on route.
• Work shifts lasting 8 to 10 or more hours, with start times ranging from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
• Load and unload goods between the vehicle and delivery locations efficiently and safely.
• Complete and manage delivery paperwork accurately.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full UK driving license, with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong focus on customer service.
• Capable of working independently and handling delivery route management.
• Familiarity with Gloucester's road networks is beneficial.
• Adherence to strict processes, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of £13.21.
