Work Schedule

Full-time hours: Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and alternate Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicles, including sold and stock, are cleaned and presented to a high standard
• Use high-powered pressure washers for external vehicle cleaning
• Employ vacuum and shampooing equipment for interior cleaning
• Operate polishing and buffing machines to enhance vehicle bodywork
• Adhere to health and safety protocols when handling chemicals
• Maintain and secure all tools and equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions while following manufacturer guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE
• Meet predetermined timeframes and performance targets
• Manage vehicle cleaning schedules using an online diary system
• Keep daily logs of completed tasks
• Perform additional branch support duties as needed

Essential Qualifications and Attributes

• Possession of a full UK driving license
• Basic proficiency with computers
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self-driven with strong team collaboration capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Eagerness to engage in training and skills development programs

Prior valet experience is advantageous but not mandatory as training will be provided. New hires will attend Arnold Clark’s Valet Academy to build essential skills.
