Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service by addressing requests and concerns promptly, creatively solving issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before parking, carefully documenting any observations.
• Provide clear explanations about valet pricing to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safe driving standards at all times.
• Report any incidents such as accidents, safety issues, unusual events, or policy breaches immediately to management.
• Possess thorough knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and highways to facilitate smooth transportation experiences for customers.
• Be punctual, wear a clean uniform, and remain in uniform throughout each scheduled shift.
• Support management with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hold a valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and current address.
• Ability to safely operate a manual transmission vehicle is advantageous.
• Willingness and availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Effective communication skills to provide accurate information and professionally handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including reading, writing, and handling US currency.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, maintain composure during changes or unexpected situations.

Physical Requirements

The role demands physical activity such as standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and equipment regularly. Occasional activities include sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $11 to $13, with the opportunity to earn tips. Eligible employees can access benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life and accident insurance, disability plans, 401(k), and paid time off.
