Job Responsibilities
- Deliver on company promises by efficiently resolving client requests and concerns, proactively communicating, and finding innovative solutions to issues.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before parking and document all observations.
- Clearly explain valet service rates to customers.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safe driving standards.
- Report accidents, safety concerns, unusual events, and any policy violations promptly to management.
- Maintain knowledge of local major streets, landmarks, and highways to facilitate smooth customer transportation.
- Arrive on time, dressed in clean uniform, and stay in full uniform throughout shifts.
- Support management by performing additional assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid state driver's license, current address, and a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate vehicles with manual transmissions is advantageous.
- Availability for various shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends, as required.
- Proof of legal eligibility to work in the U.S., with appropriate documentation upon hiring.
- Strong communication skills to provide accurate information and professionally handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills including reading, writing, addition, subtraction, and managing U.S. currency.
- Capability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt calmly to changing situations.
Physical Requirements
This role involves regular standing, walking, and handling cash and equipment, occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
Compensation and Benefits
The position pays $13.50 per hour plus tips. Eligible employees may participate in benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, life and accident insurance, 401k plans, and paid time off.
