Position Summary
We seek motivated and courteous Valet Drivers who prioritize safety and customer service. This role involves interacting with guests warmly while working alongside a supportive team dedicated to your growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold service commitments by addressing client inquiries and issues promptly and proactively communicating with clients to enhance their experience.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before parking and documenting any observations.
- Clearly communicate valet service rates to customers.
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safe driving protocols.
- Report incidents such as accidents, safety hazards, or policy breaches to management immediately.
- Maintain familiarity with local streets, landmarks, and highways to ensure smooth transportation for customers.
- Attend shifts punctually in a clean uniform and remain in full uniform for entire shifts.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid state driver's license, current residential address, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Capability to operate manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including second and third shifts or weekends when needed.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States with documentation provided upon employment.
- Effective communication skills to provide accurate information and handle client concerns professionally.
- Basic literacy and numeracy including US currency handling and comprehension of short communications.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directives and remain composed amid changes or unexpected situations.
Physical Requirements
The job regularly involves standing, walking, and manual dexterity for handling cash and equipment; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations are provided as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this role is $17 per hour. Eligible employees may access benefits like medical, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, disability plans, life and accident insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Benefits vary by location.
