Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service by promptly addressing requests and resolving concerns, while actively communicating with customers.
• Thoroughly inspect vehicles prior to safe parking, documenting any findings.
• Clearly communicate valet rates to patrons.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and promote safe driving behavior.
• Report incidents including accidents, hazards, unusual events, or policy breaches to management immediately.
• Be knowledgeable about local major roads, landmarks, and routes to offer seamless transport experiences.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism by arriving in clean, complete uniform ready to work for every scheduled shift.
• Assist management with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possession of a valid state driver’s license, current address information, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States, supported by valid documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to deliver accurate information and professionally handle customer issues.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including reading instructions and handling US currency.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written directions, adapt calmly to changes or unforeseen events during work.

Physical Requirements

Tasks include prolonged standing and walking, use of hands to manage cash and tools, occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be provided for disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

This hourly position offers a base wage of $17.00 per hour in addition to the opportunity to earn tips. Eligible employees can join benefits plans including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life and accident insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
