Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively addressing requests and concerns, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before parking, accurately documenting any observations.
• Clearly communicate valet service rates to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and practice safe driving standards at all times.
• Report incidents including accidents, safety concerns, unusual events, or policy breaches to management promptly.
• Familiarize yourself with local major roads, landmarks, and highways to enhance customer transport experience.
• Maintain punctuality and presentability by arriving in a clean uniform and remaining in full uniform throughout the shift.
• Support management by undertaking additional assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver’s license recognized by the state, with corresponding current address and a clean driving record.
• Experience driving vehicles with manual transmissions is desirable.
• Availability to work during special shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Proof of legal work eligibility within the United States is required upon hiring.
• Effective communication skills to provide precise information and professionally resolve customer issues.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, including reading, writing, and handling US currency.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal directions and manage sudden changes or delays calmly.

Physical Requirements

The role demands regular standing, walking, and handling of cash and equipment. Occasionally, employees may be required to sit, climb, balance, and lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations for disabilities are available.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wages range from $18 to $22, inclusive of tips. Eligible employees can access a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, disability coverages, life and accident insurance, 401k plans, and paid time off.
