Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service by addressing requests and resolving issues promptly while proactively communicating with customers.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections prior to safely parking cars, documenting any observations.
- Clearly explain valet service rates to patrons.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and uphold safe driving practices at all times.
- Report any accidents, safety concerns, unusual events, or policy violations to management without delay.
- Maintain familiarity with local streets, landmarks, and major freeways to ensure a smooth transportation experience for customers.
- Arrive punctually for every shift dressed in a clean and complete uniform, remaining in uniform throughout the entire shift.
- Support management by performing additional assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a valid state driver’s license, current residential address, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Skill in driving manual transmission vehicles is considered advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including second and third shifts or weekends.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, with appropriate documentation upon hiring.
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide accurate information to customers and colleagues, handling complaints professionally.
- Basic math skills necessary for handling US currency, along with the ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and short written communications.
- Capability to follow oral and written directions and maintain composure in the face of changes, delays, or unexpected situations during work.
Physical Requirements
The job involves frequent standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and equipment, occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing, and the ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Compensation and Benefits
The position offers an hourly wage of $20.60 plus the opportunity to earn tips. Eligible employees can participate in an array of benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, disability and life insurance, accident insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
