Valet Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional client experience by promptly addressing requests and concerns, communicating proactively, and creatively resolving any issues.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections prior to parking and record observations.
• Communicate valet service rates clearly to customers.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safe driving standards at all times.
• Report incidents, safety risks, unusual occurrences, and policy breaches to supervisors immediately.
• Familiarize yourself with local streets, landmarks, and highways to facilitate seamless customer transportation.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and wear a clean uniform for the entire shift.
• Support management by performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid state driver's license, current residence address, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Skill in operating manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including second, third shifts, and weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States with valid documentation upon hiring.
• Ability to communicate effectively and respond respectfully to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills including the ability to read, write, and handle US currency calculations.
• Capability to follow both verbal and written instructions and adapt calmly to changing work conditions.

Physical Requirements

Employees must be able to stand, walk, and handle cash and equipment regularly, with occasional requirements to sit, balance, climb, and lift up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations will be provided to individuals with disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position starts at $16.50, with eligibility to receive tips in addition to this base pay. Qualified employees may enroll in benefit packages including medical, dental, vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, disability and life insurance, accident insurance, 401k plan, and paid time off.
