Salayel Hospitality is looking for polite, professional, and responsible Valet Attendants dedicated to providing guests with a flawless experience upon arrival and departure. Candidates should prioritize service, be safety-aware, and handle vehicles carefully while upholding the company's quality and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and leave, ensuring a positive first and last impression
• Safely park, retrieve, and arrange guest vehicles in assigned zones
• Maintain precise control of vehicle keys and keep accurate tracking records
• Assist guests with directions, luggage handling, and any questions as necessary
• Keep parking areas, driveways, and entrances tidy and orderly
• Adhere to all traffic, safety, and hotel operational protocols
• Immediately report any vehicle damage, issues, or guest concerns to supervisors
• Work closely with Front Office, Security, and Concierge departments
• Consistently deliver service aligned with Salayel Hospitality's standards

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in valet services or hospitality roles is preferred
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi roads and areas
• Capable of driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Proficient in English communication; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
• Physically capable of standing for long durations and working outdoors
• Available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
