Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with over 13 years, Master's with 11+ years, or PhD with 8+ years of relevant experience in UX, applied, or product research.
  • Proven expertise conducting mixed-methods UX research including qualitative methods (interviews, ethnography, usability testing) and quantitative research (surveys, behavioral analytics, statistical techniques).
  • Experienced in independently managing large, ambiguous projects that cross multiple functions, from conception to delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Skilled in designing analytical frameworks plus applying advanced qualitative coding and quantitative statistics for extracting meaningful insights.
  • Adept at transforming complex research findings into straightforward narratives and compelling visuals that align with product strategy and executive expectations.
  • Experienced partnering with product management, design, data science, and engineering teams to embed research into product decisions.
  • Background researching in areas such as Integrity, Security, Support, and Global or developing country contexts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ethical AI practices, including risk assessment, bias reduction, and quality control.
  • Experience managing international or culturally diverse research initiatives that consider global user dynamics.
  • Integration of AI tools in research to speed analysis, automate synthesis, or enhance insight scale with measurable outcomes.
  • Capability in emerging quantitative methodologies like conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, and large-scale behavioral modeling to support qualitative research.
  • Commitment to ongoing AI skill enhancement, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration, with current knowledge of AI technologies.
  • Proven track record establishing research measurement standards that elevate organization-wide research quality.
