Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Utility Maintenance Technician to join a pharmaceutical multinational corporation located in Ahmedabad, India. This position involves installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and troubleshooting of various utility equipment essential to pharmaceutical production.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repair tasks on utility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pumps, valves, pipelines, compressors, HVAC systems, water systems, and other utility machinery supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in maintenance of pharmaceutical utility systems.
- Proficient knowledge of pumps, piping, HVAC, compressors, and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and systematically troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Formal ITI certification in Turner, Fitter, Technician, or Machinist disciplines.
