Job Overview
Join a leading multinational pharmaceutical company as a Manufacturing Analyst specializing in pharmaceutical injectables. This role involves analyzing production data trends to uncover inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough trend analysis of production data to identify patterns and inefficiencies, enabling process improvements.
- Utilize SAP tools for data extraction, reporting, and monitoring manufacturing processes.
- Manage and analyze costing elements such as materials and labor expenses.
- Perform yield analysis to evaluate production efficiency and help reduce waste.
- Oversee production productivity tracking on a line-wise and daily basis, identify deviations, and suggest corrective measures.
- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to support decision-making.
Candidate Requirements
- Any graduate eligible to apply for the position.
- Experience with production operations, manufacturing management, and process analysis preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP for data handling and reporting is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary package ranging from 700,000 to 1,000,000 INR annually, described as best in the industry.
