Job Overview
The role of Relationship Manager (RM) involves identifying prospective clients and offering tailored financial solutions aligned with their needs. The position demands cultivating and expanding bank customer relationships through strategic and effective relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
The RM will focus on assessing and fulfilling the financial, banking, investment, and business requirements of bank clients. They will be expected to cross-sell a range of products encompassing both asset and liability categories to customers. This includes managing portfolios related to Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Assets Under Management (AUM), and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF).
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
Applicants should possess a graduate degree. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing customer needs in banking and wealth management sectors, specifically within retail, private, and priority banking contexts as well as NRI and HNI segments.
Remuneration and Benefits
The compensation offered ranges between 800,000 to 1,200,000 INR annually, aligned with industry-leading banking standards and benefits.
