Our Utility Locate Technicians are crucial for their communities, performing accurate and careful utility locating to prevent damage during excavation.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate independently outdoors using a company vehicle as a mobile office to complete daily utility locate requests.
• Identify, mark, and flag underground utilities safely and accurately using paint, flags, and whiskers.
• Manage daily tasks and routes through a mobile work system.
• Participate in on-call rotations and be available for overtime, including nights and weekends, as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must pass pre-employment screenings including drug testing, Motor Vehicle Record check, and background verification.
• This is a Safety-Sensitive position subject to Federal Department of Transportation regulations; marijuana use is strictly prohibited.
• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum age of 18 years.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting wage for this role is $25.00 per hour, contingent on experience. The total rewards package includes:
