Compensation and Benefits

• Starting hourly wage ranges from $25.50 to $32.00, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent outdoor work using the provided company vehicle as a mobile office, completing assigned daily locate routes.
• Precisely and safely identify and mark underground utilities with paint, flags, and sometimes whiskers to prevent excavation damage.
• Operate the mobile work system to receive and manage daily tasks.
• Participate in on-call rotations and work overtime, which may include night or weekend shifts as required.

Required Qualifications

• Pass mandatory pre-employment screenings including drug testing, Motor Vehicle Record check, and background verification.
• Compliance with Federal Department of Transportation regulations as this is a safety-sensitive DOT role; marijuana use is strictly prohibited regardless of medical or recreational status.
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
