Unity Game Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Unity Game Developer to design and develop engaging games and interactive experiences using the Unity engine. This position involves programming gameplay mechanics, implementing systems, and refining prototypes into polished final products.

Responsibilities

• Create gameplay systems, mechanics, and features using C# in Unity.
• Develop and maintain tools, editor extensions, and production pipelines related to game development.
• Optimize game performance across various platforms including mobile, console, PC, and web.
• Identify and fix gameplay and engine-level bugs efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions within the development team.
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and producers throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in production game development with Unity.
• Strong command of C# and comprehensive knowledge of the Unity engine.
• Experience in releasing games on at least one platform such as mobile, console, PC, or web.
• Familiarity with Unity profiling and optimization techniques.
• Practical understanding of version control systems like Git or Plastic SCM, and continuous integration processes tailored for gaming projects.
• Good grasp of game architecture principles and common design patterns.

Compensation and Benefits
