Job Overview
This role is for an experienced UI Developer/Lead with expertise in ReactJS, based primarily in Pune, India, with options in several other major cities. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement alternating between two weeks onsite and two weeks remote. Immediate availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Create responsive and scalable web applications utilizing React JS and TypeScript.
- Develop reusable UI components and seamlessly integrate them with RESTful APIs and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
- Enhance application performance, ensure scalability, and maintain compatibility across various browsers.
- Engage in code reviews and adhere to established coding standards and best practices.
- For the Lead position: take ownership of frontend architecture, provide mentorship, and lead code review efforts.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams following Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience with React JS, including Hooks, Redux, and state management.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform deployment and its cloud services.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Next.js or React Native frameworks.
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Jest and Cypress.
- Exposure to continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines on GCP.
Additional Information
- Work location options include Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad.
- The candidate must be able to join immediately.
- Work mode involves a hybrid schedule of two weeks in office followed by two weeks remote.
