Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Risk Manager responsible for ensuring the safety of our personnel during travel. This role integrates security intelligence with proactive operational actions by evaluating destination risks, supporting travelers, and managing incident responses when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate risks at country and city levels for planned travel.
Develop and maintain travel risk policies, travel briefings, and approval procedures.
Oversee relationships with travel risk service providers such as security, medical, and evacuation vendors.
Lead coordination efforts for traveler incidents, including medical emergencies and security threats.
Conduct training sessions and pre-travel briefings for personnel traveling to higher-risk areas.
Collaborate with travel, security, and HR teams to ensure cohesive traveler safety measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in travel risk management, corporate security, or related operational functions.
Solid understanding of geopolitical, security, and health risk assessment frameworks.
Experience with travel risk platforms like International SOS, Crisis24, or WorldAware.
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
Ability to remain calm and organized during high-pressure situations.
Comfortable coordinating across multiple time zones during incident responses.
