Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking a Travel Risk Manager to safeguard employees during their travels by combining security intelligence with practical operational response. This position involves evaluating travel destinations, supporting travelers, and managing responses to incidents as they occur.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough risk assessments at both country and city levels for planned travel.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive travel risk policies, briefing documents, and approval processes.
- Manage partnerships with external travel risk providers including security, medical, and evacuation services.
- Coordinate responses to traveler incidents, encompassing medical emergencies and security-related events.
- Deliver training sessions and pre-travel briefings for personnel traveling to higher-risk locations.
- Collaborate closely with travel, security, and HR teams to ensure integrated traveler safety measures.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of four years' experience in travel risk management, corporate security, or related operational functions.
- Expertise in geopolitical, security, and health risk assessment frameworks.
- Proficiency with travel risk management platforms such as International SOS, Crisis24, and WorldAware.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain composed and organized under pressure.
- Experience coordinating response efforts across multiple time zones.

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time remote role offers a competitive salary within a range equivalent to USD 80,000 to 130,000, adjusted for experience, qualifications, and location, including benefits.
