Job description
Role Summary
This position involves managing customer travel requests including booking, cancelling, and modifying reservations for air travel, car rentals, hotels, limousines, ferries, and other related services via phone or email.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel-related customer inquiries efficiently across various modes such as flights, cars, hotels, and ferries.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, and amendments accurately as per customer requirements.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience working in the travel industry.
- Should have no more than a six-month gap since last employment.
- Possess strong fare and travel knowledge.
- Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre or Galileo is highly preferred.
- Proficient in travel booking operations using GDS platforms.
- Graduation completed.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively correspond with customers.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel.
Additional Conditions
- Candidates meeting qualification of B1-5 & above on CEF assessment will be given preference for promotion to the Operations Team.
- Availability to work flexible rotational shifts is required.
