Senior Data Scientist - Econometrics Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Econometrics to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background and extensive experience in marketing mix modeling (MMM) and attribution modeling, combined with hands-on analytics skills and effective communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Apply econometric and statistical methodologies to solve business problems.
• Develop and manage marketing mix models and attribution frameworks.
• Perform experimentation design and analysis, including A/B testing.
• Utilize strong SQL and Python programming skills for data manipulation and model development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics, or a closely related field.
• Over five years of relevant professional experience in similar roles, demonstrating strong hands-on expertise.
• Proven knowledge and experience with marketing mix modeling or attribution modeling.
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
