About the Role

Become part of EY's dynamic international tax team in Melbourne, where you'll develop your career in transfer pricing and international tax. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize advanced analytical and consulting skills to navigate and solve complex transfer pricing issues.
  • Lead and assist client projects involving transfer pricing strategies, compliance, audits, and dealings with tax authorities such as Advance Pricing Arrangements.
  • Work collaboratively with local and international EY teams to deliver integrated transfer pricing solutions.
  • Produce and evaluate transfer pricing documentation, including economic studies and benchmarking analyses.
  • Guide and support junior team members within a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
  • Engage in ongoing development of technical knowledge and business acumen through EY's learning programs focused on transfer pricing and international tax.

Candidate Profile

  • Between 3 to 10 years of experience in transfer pricing, or relevant background in auditing, accounting, consulting, economics, law, or tax with a keen interest in international tax.
  • Proven ability to digest complex information and offer clear, practical advice.
  • Strong business insight, combined with curiosity about economic, legal, and geopolitical influences on transfer pricing.
  • A minimum undergraduate degree in Economics, Business, Commerce, Finance, Law, Accounting, or related fields, including double degrees.
  • Interest or experience in applying technological and data-driven tools within tax and transfer pricing is advantageous.
  • Possession of valid work authorization for Australia and residency in Melbourne.
