Traffic Control Personnel

Job Overview

We are looking for skilled Traffic Control Personnel to ensure safe and effective movement of vehicles and pedestrians at a large-scale project in Qatar. This role requires overseeing traffic flow, aiding vehicular navigation, securing accessible routes, and closely collaborating with on-site operation and security departments.

Key Duties

• Regulate and guide vehicle and pedestrian flow within specified zones.
• Oversee points of entry, exit, parking, and traffic circulation.
• Help with vehicle queueing and ensure safe movement throughout operational locations.
• Apply established traffic control and site safety protocols.
• Keep emergency and operational pathways unobstructed.
• Liaise with Security, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE), and Operations teams.
• Detect and promptly communicate any traffic or safety concerns.
• Facilitate temporary traffic diversions, closures, and controlled access as necessary.
• Work outdoors under various conditions, including shift hours.
