About the Role

Join our team in Asia Pacific as a Total Rewards Advisor, acting as a trusted consultant and expert in compensation, benefits, recognition, and total rewards programs to support HR and business leaders. This role contributes to our vision of an agile, data-driven HR function delivering exceptional employee experiences and business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate total rewards opportunities and potential risks regionally, proposing strategic solutions aligned with business and talent goals.
  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to comprehend business priorities and workforce challenges, translating these into effective total rewards strategies.
  • Analyze external market data and benchmarks to assess competitiveness of compensation and benefits offerings.
  • Provide consultative, data-supported guidance on all total rewards elements balancing employee needs, market standards, and organizational affordability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to review, renew, and implement total rewards programs, ensuring customer-focused communications and resources.
  • Review and update total rewards policies while maintaining governance consistency.
  • Conduct job evaluations and apply results to internal job grading and job relativity frameworks.
  • Evaluate the impact of reward solutions, reporting on success and fostering continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in regional total rewards, compensation, and benefits roles.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in interpreting data to form actionable recommendations.
  • Experienced in job evaluation methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with ability to influence and engage senior leaders effectively.
  • Capability to multitask, work autonomously, and thrive in a dynamic, regional context.
  • Preferably experienced with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline.
