Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Have between 5 and 10 years of experience in areas such as talent intelligence, market intelligence, people strategy, workforce planning, people analytics, or other relevant HR roles.
- Exhibit strong skills in research, critical thinking, and analytical reasoning.
- Ability to integrate data from various sources and transform insights into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent consultative and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with an emphasis on data precision and quality.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data succinctly and clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain talent market intelligence databases that track talent availability, competitor activity, industry trends, and workforce indicators.
- Conduct in-depth research on talent markets, workforce developments, competitors, and specific business topics.
- Analyze data from internal and external databases, research tools, and analytic platforms.
- Convert complex data and research results into understandable insights and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports, workforce analyses, presentations, and proposals that bolster people strategy initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR, people strategy, and business leadership teams on research and workforce-related projects.
- Engage with external talent intelligence providers to maximize the use of research resources.
- Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and high quality of reports and information presented to senior leadership.
