Associate Creative Director - Luxury Interior Design

Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Associate Creative Director to lead and uphold the creative vision within a prestigious Luxury Interior Design firm located in Dubai, UAE. This pivotal role involves steering the design quality and cultivating the luxury aesthetic across a spectrum of Interior Design, Architecture, and FF&E projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the organization’s overarching creative vision, distinct design language, and elevated quality benchmarks.
• Conduct and guide design reviews to guarantee exceptional standards in all project outputs.
• Ensure uniformity in spatial layouts, material usage, detailing, color schemes, and FF&E selections.
• Supervise creative governance processes and quality assurance while fostering continuous enhancement efforts.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and Project Teams to align design execution with scheduled timelines and business goals.
• Promote innovation and strategic creative advancements to sustain competitive market standing.
• Curate and manage the FF&E library to support luxury branding and project specifications.
• Provide mentorship and motivation to design teams, ensuring accountability in performance and adherence to standards.
• Proactively identify and address any potential risks related to design quality or project deliverables.

• Demonstrated extensive experience in luxury interior design, architecture, and FF&E disciplines.
• Established leadership credentials in managing dynamic, high-achieving creative teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of design governance, project workflow, and commercial impacts.
