Job Summary and Qualifications

This role requires female candidates with at least a 12th-grade education. It is essential that the candidate possesses basic English communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking, along with proficiency in the local language. Pursuing degree students are ineligible, even if they bring relevant experience.

Experience and Skills

Candidates must have a minimum of one year of sales experience in retail, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sectors. Basic math skills are necessary for daily cash management and inventory oversight.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygienic conditions of the store and manage inventory adherence to the planogram.
• Handle daily cash transactions accurately in the store.
• Engage proactively with customers and doctors to enhance sales activities.
• Maintain confidence and effective communication with customers.
• Adhere to the company dress code at all times.
• Follow proper processes including attendance tracking, billing, maintaining customer databases, and participating in campaigns designed to increase store visitor numbers.

Additional Information and Terms

• Age limit: Below 29 years.
• Candidates should live within 5 to 6 kilometers of the designated hospital.
• This is a sales position with targets and quarterly incentives.
• A notice period of 15 days is required upon resignation.
• Bringing children to the store is prohibited.
